PBR Dance Altoona ‘21-’22 Opening Procedures
-Do not send a student to class if they are experiencing covid related symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath.
-Do not send a student to class if they have been in direct contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19. Notify me if your student has been in direct contact with Covid-19 to discuss the most current protocol.
-Zoom is a possibility for students who are well enough to dance, but unable to attend class in person. Please email me if your child must quarantine and we will discuss this possibility.
-All emails must be sent prior to 3pm if you’re inquiring about Zoom class for the same day dance class.
-Dancers that have been vaccinated - masks are optional.
-Dancers not vaccinated we are encouraging masks to be worn (age 7 and above)
-Dancers should bring their own water.
-Teachers will encourage space between dancers
- Please use hand sanitizer in and out of building.
-Parents of dancer aged 7+, we ask that you dropoff/pickup your child until further notice.
-Parents of dancers aged 6 and under, if you feel comfortable leaving after drop-off, you may.. If you wish to stay, please limit the amount of people entering. Please wear a mask, unless vaccinated, for the duration of your stay, and do not enter if you are feeling covid related symptoms.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP: Doors will open for students to enter the building 10 minutes before their scheduled class time. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled class, please have your dancer wait in the vehicle. Please arrive before the scheduled class time, this will allow your dancer to prepare for class, it will also help eliminate traffic for the students who will be exiting the building. Pick-up: when students are dismissed, a teacher or volunteer will ensure the safety of the dancers upon exit. If you do not want your dancer to cross the street, please meet them at the sidewalk.
